In 2009 Angiola, Michaelangelo and Mariaberre inherited responsibility for a 12 Hectare property in the region of Molise. In the time that they have owned the land they have sold off various parcels, but are keen to retain the remainder. As they do not have much experience in agriculture they would like some ideas on how to manage the property in a self-sustaining way. They currently have maintenance and running costs but little income from the land to cover the expenses. There is a building on the property that is available for rent; there is also a ruin which they have received state funding to restore. Part of the property has been recognised as being of archaeological significance, which means restrictions apply. The three siblings have an interest in art and culture, and are keen for the project to reflect this interest.
